Thought for the week...

A healthy respect for yourself is VERY important.

How you feed (or not feed yourself), how you treat yourself (negative self-talk/empowering self-talk), how you respect yourself (or disrespect yourself through abusive behaviours - smoking, over-drinking, over-medicating, etc.) says a million things about the way you think about yourself.

Do you have respect for yourself?
Do you treat yourself the way you want other people to treat you?
Do you treat yourself the way you should be treated?
